GPU加速的图像实时分形编码

图像分形编码压缩率大且质量较高,但实时性不好,因此难以推广应用.提出使用GPU对编码进行加速的方案.以图像FW算法为基础,在CUDA规范下,使用GPU并行地对图像中所有的待编码子树同时进行最优父树搜索.实验表明,该文编码方案在保持原有算法图像解码质量的情况下,可将编码时间缩短至毫秒级,满足了实时性的要求.     

电子传媒对婴幼儿安全感的影响——以儿童电视节目为例

随着我国经济的发展、人民生活水平的提高、电子传媒的发展,电视已经成为生活中的必需品。但电子传媒对婴幼儿的安全感产生负面影响,影响婴幼儿安全依恋关系的形成,增加婴幼儿的暴力行为与攻击行为,影响婴幼儿对物质的需要。针对这些负面影响,应建立稳定的安全型依恋,强化孩子对电子媒介的属性意识,尽量避免收看暴力视频,树立正确的电视消费需求观念,以减少电视对婴幼儿的负面影响。

木材类Klason法木质素的结构表征及其热解特性

运用元素分析与红外光谱分析仪(FTIR)对Klason法提取的枫木及杉木木质素进行化学结构表征,发现枫木木质素比杉木木质素含有更多的紫丁香酚结构单元.利用热重红外联用分析仪(TG-FTIR)研究了2种木材木质素在动态升温条件下的失重特性及主要气体产物的析出过程,发现木质素热解过程主要分2个阶段,其中枫木木质素为148~268℃及295~494℃两个阶段,杉木木质素则为150~308℃及312~518℃两个阶段.第1个阶段的主要产物是酚类化合物及二氧化碳(CO2),第2个阶段则主要是甲烷以及甲醇的析出,一氧化碳(CO)的生成量也有所增加.基于实验分析,采用一级一阶模型计算枫木、杉木木质素热解2个阶段的动力学参数.     

Development of liquid-nitrogen-cooling friction stir spot welding for AZ31 magnesium alloy joints

A liquid-nitrogen-cooling friction stir spot welding (C-FSSW) technology was developed for welding AZ31 magnesium alloy sheets. The liquid-nitrogen cooling degraded the deformability of the welded materials such that the width of interfacial cracks increased with increasing cooling time. The grain size of the stirred zone (SZ) and the heat-affected zone (HAZ) of the C-FSSW-welded joints decreased, whereas that of the thermomechanically affected zone (TMAZ) increased with increasing cooling time. The maximum tensile shear load of the C-FSSW-welded joints welded with a cooling time of 5 or 7 s was larger than that of the friction stir spot welding (FSSW)-welded joint, and the tensile shear load decreased with increasing cooling time. The microhardness of the C-FSSW-welded joints was greater than that of the FSSW-welded joint. Moreover, the microhardness of the SZ and the HAZ of the C-FSSW-welded joints increased, whereas that of the TMAZ decreased, with increasing cooling time.     

Theoretical Studies of Thermodynamic Properties of Clusters

正As an extension of our earlier study on the structural properties of the clusters,a recently developed method to calculate the low-temperature vibrational heat capacities of clusters shall be presented.Subsequently,it shall be applied to Aun,Nan,Sin,Gen,and SinGen clusters.Our approach does not attempt to identify phase transitions but focuses on the low temperature behaviour,we find that the vibrational heat capacity of the clusters is strongly

为解决隧道近接施工极易造成的隧道塌方问题,以达成线新建铁路与既有线为依托,阐述了三线交叉D梁施工的过渡方法,即在保证既有线铁路和高速公路安全运营的前提下,对既有线下新建铁路右线路基进行D梁过渡爆破拆除.该方法很好地解决了施工时间紧、施工条件和施工环境受限的难点,为类似工程问题的解决提供了参考依据.

The effect of corporate governance on debt financing cost of listed companies

In recent years,bank credit business is booming with the increasing borrowing intention of China’s listed companies,and debt financing has become the major approach among listed companies’financing strategies.As a series of institutional arrangements about rights,responsibilities and benefits between different shareholders,corporate governance mechanism has a significant influence on the cost of debt financing.This paper employs variable coefficient panel data model to investigate the relationship of the listed company’s debt financing costs and corporate governance mechanism in terms of structural characteristics and time series characteristics.The results show that optimizing the structure of both Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors,establishing a reasonable management incentive system and reducing the concentration of ownership properly can directly contribute to a lower company’s debt financing costs.Meanwhile,property rights have an interactive influence on corporate governance from four aspects,which indirectly effect in company’s debt financing costs.
